These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services at Cloudsky Superfast Broadband and Services Private Limited. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.



1. Who we are

  • The Services are offered under the Cloudsky Broadband("Cloudsky", "we", "us"). Cloudsky(Cloudsky Broadband) is operated by SK Mahasin Ali as Chief Executive Officer,Sahaban Mondal as Director & COO and Subhankar Mallick as a Network Head offering lightning-fast broadband with consistent speeds. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

    • 2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risk

    • 3. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to misuse the Services. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes additional rules, especially for automated or abusive traffic.

    • 4. Fees and commercial terms

  • Paid work is subject to separate commercial terms, including pricing, timelines, milestones, and service levels where agreed. You are responsible for taxes other than our income taxes where applicable.

    • 5. Confidentiality

  • Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of these Terms.

    • 6. Disclaimers

  • Except where prohibited by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.

    • 7. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Cloudsky Broadband for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, unless a higher cap is agreed in a signed order form.

    • 8. Indemnity

  • You will defend and indemnify Cloudsky Broadband against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent caused by our material breach

    • 9. Governing law and disputes

  • Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, these Terms are governed by the laws designated in your order form or, if none, the laws applicable to the contracting entity stated in your agreement, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts in the agreed venue will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

    • 10. Changes

  • We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes to paid services will be handled as described in your order or notice requirements where applicable.

    • All packages are for a period of 30 days unless stated otherwise.
    • Installation cost & package subscription are to be paid in advanced.
    • Advertised speed is guaranteed till ISP PoP.
    • Documentation (CAF, Address proof, Photo ID proof, Photograph) is mandatory before activation.
    • Data carry forward option is not available for FUP plans.
    • Bandwidth mentioned is not dedicated but indicated to the limits mentioned.
    • All packages are for a period of 30 days unless stated otherwise.
    • Installation & Activation charges are not refundable.
    • Taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
    • Speed depend on availability.
    • For Home User Only.
    • Any kind of carry forward facilities will not be available for changing of existing packages.
    • LAN Card cost is not included in installation amount.
